Weird behaviour when I move database from development site to production and vice versa.

I'm using phpmyadmin to move mysql dump to and from development-production. I noticed that all the links in a block gets appended with some random text whenever I do this. Say I have a link http://site.com/foo1/foo2 inside a block with full html filter the link becomes http://site.com/foo1/foo2?phpMyAdmin=VHKQu3p-n7wPeyxQ-63GVK%2CTpl9&phpMy.... I clean them up but it keeps on coming back.

Please advice.
