I am working on a Drupal site and need to implement a Contact form for both English & French. So I think that the Core Contact form will not work. That being the case, what are my options? I am looking for similar functionality to the core module.

Im not sure what kind of functionality you are referring too when you say "similar functionality to the core module", but check out the Webform Module
