Description
Just installed the affiliates module in my system. Enabled it and added the permissions. But there are no menu options being added to the menu and attempts to navigate to admin/affiliate fail.

I have taken over the Affiliate module and updated it to work with 4.7. Prior versions of Drupal are no longer supported by this module.
