If you add a Location field to field collection and try to add data you will see that it is not saved.
if you try to edit it you will see that field were just empty.
Since Location CCK is working fine I suppose there is something wrong with Fields Collection module.

I tried this with the latest versions and with a single default location field inside an unlimited cardinality field collection item. The values saved ok when I added a new node and also when I edited it.

Is this still happening for anybody? If so please provide steps to reproduce.
