I just installed the Flash Gallery Module and followed the install instructions. When I try to view a gallery, i get a message that Macromedia Flash is Required. However, I already have flash installed! Any thoughts?

do you have the latest version of the flash player installed ? double check your version. Flash is owned by adobe now, thus your error message seems outdated ?

I had one of the file names wrong. Problem solved!

It is not a good practice to not post the fix. I am also having the same problem. But I figured out that the simpleviewer directory was misspelled. Still thanks for pointing out a file name error.

interesting thing.. in /fgallery all flash gallery works, but then i put

into page, it shows Adobe Flash is required. Download Adobe Flash. before adding SEO whishlist requared modules, it worked fine, but now i have this problem and I dont know what to do.. maybe someone has an issue?

I had the same problem. I did not read the manual. (RTFM) I have to made a directory called 'simpleviewer' and copied it the 2 files. The album works now.
