Integration with select and Autocomplete Deluxe widgets

I think that integration should be directly built into the autocomplete deluxe project, since this project only aims at supporting the most commonly used widgets around, and provides an API for others. I might be persuaded if anyone provides a patch here and they don't want to add it to autocomplete deluxe though.

I would like to note that select list widget is not supported as well, and that is core widget and would classify as "most commonly used widgets around".

Support for select list is important, since UX in case of autocomplete is wrong - user most likely type/paste title in autocomplete and fact that there is no suggestions or entity id in brackets does not mean much for him, but it will certainly brake site builders setup and produce errors and frustration on the way. Much of this applies for Autocomplete Deluxe as well.

Also it is not likely that "integration will be directly built into the autocomplete deluxe project", since autocomplete deluxe mostly deals with taxonomy terms, and Autocomplete Deluxe for References does not deal with Entity References.

Therefore I think it is a good idea to integrate at least select list widget, as it is core widget.
