I'm using notification,messaging,OG ,user notification...

I understand that no notification send for users so i checked our system ,mail system working fine because user notification that send through messaging send mail about new message that user write on facebook-stye-statues working fine and messaging test send mail fine But when going to test notification after i press try it give me this error:
