I installed the base theme and the warning has gone.

I would be interested to know what theme you were using when you got the error. We are aiming for Livethemer to work with other contrib themes as well as just livethemer_base.

The themes I enabled were AT commerce 7.x-2.0-rc2 (default theme), AT Core 7.x-2.1, Bartik 7.12, Live

Themer Base 7.x-1.0-beta1, Seven 7.12. I am building a commerce site and using Seven theme as

administration theme.

The disabled themes were AT Admin 7.x-2.1, AT Subtheme 7.x-2.1, Garland 7.12 and Stark 7.12.

Before I didn't enable the Live Themer Base and above warning showed. After I enable, warning has gone.

Hi — I have just realised you found this issue first, but we've now fixed the same issue described at http://drupal.org/node/1446636
