If you enable caching for a views page. The facets will disappear.

Which caching option in views did you select? Rendered cache or query cache?

Rendner cache works, query cache dont.

That's by design. How should facets be displayed if no search query is executed? Views and facets don't really communicate with each other.
Maybe there would be some Views Voodoo to fix this, but I don't think so. If you find something, please re-open.
