I'd like to create a teaser list view that collects the blog entries of a specific collection of authors (they all share the same role) into one area. I understand the basics of working with Views, which is the module I think I would do this in, but I don't see a simple way of setting a view to display only one kind of entry, or from authors under a specific role. Am I missing something? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have views_bonus installed, so it could possibly be due to that, but my filter options include node:authors in role and role:author role. You can also filter it by node type being blog.
