Looking for a developer who can correctly configure memcache module for my drupal 6x site.

Thing to be noted here is that memcache daemon and other required stuff have already been installed on the server by my server manager, and it just needed to be configured for drupal now.

As this is just a configuration service so I will pay $25 $50 for it.

so there is no one in Drupal forums who can configure memcache for my site. Interesting but I believe many site owners do not know how to do it correctly despite there is a documentation for it.

Did you find someone? If not, maybe increase the price!

You are basically suggesting the job is easy, but you are not a Drupal beginner yourself. I have set up memcached, but it may not be as easy as you think. I saw your post from 6 months ago about 500 errors, and it occurred to me that if you have not been able to do the job yourself, there may be some issue with the server which is not immediately obvious, in which case it could turn into a job which takes far more than $25 worth of work to diagnose why memcache is giving problems.

Okay John_b, just raised the price to double i.e. $50. Won't be able to pay more than this. I hope I find someone to work on this now.

As a bit of a guideline, I did this for a client two weeks ago. It took 1.75 hours to set up (though it was a particularly difficult installation, and usually doesn't take that long), and charged around USD$150 (I charged in a different currency). There are definitely people out there who don't charge as much as I do, so you could probably find someone to do it cheaper, but $50 looks to me to be a stretch still.
