Issue Summary
Hi, thanks for this useful module. I know there isn't much in terms of translation strings, but can you include pot file in the tarball, so I can work on translation? Thanks!

Guess it's time for me to learn translations...
Another option is to remove the checkbox and just have functionality on all the time. See http://drupal.org/node/115069
Comment Infos functionality was put into core last week and it's always on (no checkbox). Should we go that route here? Or, translate?

po directory exists and there is already one translation. Though, the 5.x-3.0 version only has one string to change. That's the name of the module.
