2nd Link List Under Slideshow

I am looking for the feature that enables the 2nd link list under the slideshow as shown here in the demo: http://marinelli.netsons.org/

Right now, all that shows is the "my account" and "logout" links when I am logged in, and nothing when I'm logged out.
The site I'm trying to make this work for is: www.munsteranimal.org/mah-drupal-test1/

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks guys!
