After i moved my site to a live server, rather than localhost.
The borders/styles of all my panels dissapeared, for example the rounded corner function dissapeared and i tried other styles aswell, But with no succes.

Someone have a solution?

Clearly it relates to the move itself, so there's not much we can do. What type of debuging have you done yourself? Have you cleared the cache? Have you verified that the files are in the expected location?

Check file permissions in your files directory (specifically files/ctools/css) and check watchdog for any errors relating to that.

Actually i found out that i dit not transfer the ctools files.

But now i have uploadet the files from ctools folder and changed the url's in the css files.
But i stil wont work.

What else could it be.
I have the module installed, with all the right files. And i can se the following folders in the database: panels_layout
panels_mini
panels_node
panels_pane
panels_renderer_pipeline.

And i have the right files in the ctools folder with the url changed in css files :S
