I was wondering if anyone can please provide me with some information or documents on how to show S-57 map data on OpenLayers?

Hi @WoozyDuck. I think you're on your own for this one. :) You'll probably have to use the API directly to make a map and layer type, as I think you'll have to manage projections yourself. Please do fill us in if you get it working.
