Need help tweaking Gmap module

I am having some real presentation issues using Drupal to display events on a node location page

I cannot work out how to control what is displayed within the pop up info boxes within the map, and am also finding it impossible to control the size of these panels, some are too wide and some too tall.

I need someone to jump in and help on this quickly as the deadline is looming my boss is getting shirty :-(

Any help would be greatly appreciated and would obviously be paid if required.
