I have installed this theme, and have found that the Search box and the Secondary menu will not display in the header region in the top right hand corner. The primary menu displays in this region without any problem.

I believe I solved this issue. You can specify which menus appear for the Primary and Secondary links, and I added the Search box to the Search box section.

yes the Searchbox should be in the serachboxregion.
but with some style changes you can put the SB overall
