When I check the spamlog's this is what they say:

guestbook	1	15 mei 2007 - 13:50	bayesian filter: examined 15 tokens, spam probability of 40%	Anonymous	details

etc...

But still the spam is getting in my guestbook. Can someone tell me why?

Spam-module is only working with "custom filters" not with "bayesian filters" with guestbook entries.
You have to add your words which identify spam as "custom filters" than spam-entries will be blocked.
