Committed the below patch to D5, D6 and D7. (The previous one didn't apply without a -p5 switch because it wasn't made from the wysiwyg dir.)

Thanks for spotting the issue and the patch!
The -dev snapshots will be updated within 12hrs and this fix will be part of the next official release.
