Do not work with preview node before publishing.
When I press "Preview" it create new user, say that my account will be approved by administrator, and show again "Login or Register as a New User" form.
I can not publish content without creating second user.

I was wondering the same... It really would be cool to let the new user preview his/her newly created node.
