Add a 'your name' field

Thanks so much for a great module Moshe. Can you add a "your name" field to the form? Most of the time the username on the site is not recognizable by the recipient. Adding a name field allows the user to send the email using his real name which increases the likelyhood that his/her friends will read and act on his invitation.
