I am using the original the JavaScript to link from files on CDN, it works but its a bit clunky and really I would like to tidy this up for the end user.

Is there anyway we can create a simple CCK link field to add these CDN links then pass them on to the JavaScript?

The Drupal system bot closes fixed issues after 2 weeks (see for instance #1235452: VideoJS.setupAllWhenReady need to be called after video.js library). Keeping them at fixed means that they are still visible in the Open Bugs list, so users that encounter the bug can see them easily. That prevents duplicates of recently fixed bugs.
