Thank you for the module, it seems promising.

I had plan to restyle forms like: Commerce product add, taxonomy term add, but there is no 'Layout tab' for these entities.

It would be great, if there would be this option.

Forms that are lacking layout options and, I think, are used frequently enough:
taxonomy_form_term, commerce_product_ui_product_form, user_register_form, user_profile_form

Same problem here. No Layout tab for a renderable element. Look the capture. The form is a view exposed filter form

Enable the module "Display Suite Forms"

Even with display suite forms enabled, there is no layout dropdown enabled for forms created through the Form API (forms that are not entity forms)
