Is this a valid tsv feed?

I'm having some issues importing a feed. Does this look right: http://blackburnstest.com/bwf_test/cgi-bin/webservice.asp ?

It seems like tab delimited data, you should configure the CSV importer to use TAB delimiter instead of ,

What are your issues?
