i receive two pagers. one between the first and second set (i set infinit scroll to 30 items per page - out of 91) and another one between the second and third. so the last set is shown again, which results in duplicates. this only works correct if all nodes can be shown on two pages (so that the pager appears only one time).
as view-format i used fluid grid - this also happens with masonry.

cant confirm, the site where i had this problem exists no longer. i rebuilt it without any problems - sorry.
