So,

I have been to hell and back on this one.

With the amazing help of Jorrit, secure URLs are working with private S3 buckets in Video 6.x-4.6. I must admit that everything runs super smooth and easy with this version- Installation was easy, straightforward, etc.

7.x on the other hand... Important installation note- put the awssdk in the libraries folder BEFORE installing the module... if not, the module may never "see" it... But I digress.

I have filled out every available option in the AWS credential page, yet the URLS require a public bucket.

Also, the documentation still shows "file system" in the video module, which from what I can tell, is no longer part of the module.

But where did those all important secure URL settings go?

I am doing something wrong? Am I missing something?

I am afraid that I do not have the time to work on the Drupal 7 version of this module. It took me some months to understand the Drupal 6 version and fix those bugs, so please do not expect a fix for this issue (and others) soon.
