Updated the theme to the latest and:

1. the Slide Draw on the top doesn't drop down
2. the Slideshow pictures are displayed staked over each other

Tested on Google Chrome and Opera and the issues are not present.
Not tried Firefox yet, I need a different PC for that.

Some more details about the issue.

I've tested http://adaptivethemes.com/demos/atcommerce/ with IE7, but I've no idea if the demo is using rc3.
Anyway, the images are stake (as reported in other posts), but the Slide Draw works fine.

In my page the Slide Draw has only the login box in horizontal mode and nothing more.
