flashvideo 5.x-2.0-beta

Preliminary 2.0 release. This release should not have any upgrade issues... This is simply a bug fix and minor features release. Getting ready for a rock solid 2.0 release.

• Fixed the problem with the uploading of FLV's not only not making a thumbnail, but also not getting moved to the proper directory. Thanks mikesmullin
• Added the ability to specify if you would like for the thumbnails to be clickable or not.
• Now including the Views plugin. Thanks mikesmullin
• Added some much needed comments. Fixed some anomolies with the flashvideo_get_video routine. Added the ability to specify whether you would like your video to default to autostart to true or false.
• Added quotes around the commands to take care of spaces in the names.
• Fixed some function calls for reverse compatability
