create a few well-known, regular authenticated users

it's great that we already have the site admin ('a'), and then admin[12] and content[12]. however, on d.o, most of the project maintainers are just regular, authenticated users with no extra roles or elevated privs. it'd be nice to create a few well-known authenticated users, too (auth[12], for example), put them only in the "switch user" role. then, we should configure the permissions for the regular authenticated user role just like we've got on d.o (see http://drupal.org/node/144425). then, we could assign ownership of some of the custom projects (http://drupal.org/node/143748) to these regular user accounts and be able to test things just like most users on d.o who are interacting with project* see things.
