CKEditor, System files private and attachments private, Administrator or authenticated user, do not open attachments.
If the global profile CKEditor Enable access, files located in the private folder and anonymous user writes in the URL path and name of the attachment, see attachments placed in the folder private.
Can you help me solve the problem?
I need private system files, private attachments and use CKEditor.

Please try use latest DEV version of module. There was changes to private download system. Check if it helps resolve your issue.

Thanks. I tried with 7 x-1 x-dev and the management of public and private file is OK.
