I am not sure this is a rules problem, but I only use rules and after updating several modules this week many tokens stopped working in sending email when content is created such as my term token, would anyone have any clues where to go to search this out. I'm going in circles trying to search this out so forgive me if this is in the wrong spot. from now on I'll be doing updates cause I keep a log of them as I go, if I'd look in the log say for wednesday would I be able to tell what updates happen?

Thanks and I think I'm a little off topic here, but maybe some one else has notices this same problem with rules, tokens and email.

I found the problem, it seems some of the tokens I was using had a dash and now thanks to the rules module the way you show tokens where I can actually see them with a screen reader I see they have an underline where they used to have a dash. so I'll just replace them and things will be back to normal. I also saw the token [node:field_file] is shows the url to the file, this is great.
