Provide a visible button instead of a discrete link for toggling the editor

Usability improvement:
When CKeditor is set to "disabled" by default, many users who edit a node for the first time do not find the way to activate CKeditor.
There is only a tiny link "Open rich editor" below the raw text box.

I would suggest replacing this link by a visible button at the top of the raw text box.
