While it's great that this module can interface with Zencoder, it would be better if this module's encoding settings out-of-the-box were set for FFmpeg by default.

Zencoder is a paid service, so isn't compatible with an "open source" philosophy, so one should not have to change the setting from the Zencoder default to FFmpeg. It should be the other way around.

I think you're right about that. However, I suspect that Zencoder is slightly less buggy at the moment. I am first going to fix all bugs and then reconsider what should be the default.
