It was designed assuming authorized users would all be able to post rideshare posts, showing a sign-in form for anonymous. Possibility exists for authenticated users without permission to post (no security problem, just annoying: they fill out the form and then it fails.)

Also, grep for 'post rideshare' and see what work was done there ... two coders work not interwoven yet (but minor)
