Notice: Undefined index: [NODE_TYPE] in menutrails_node_location() [#1446744]

If you add a new content type / node type without adjusting the menutrails settings, a lot of notices hit the watchdog.

The attached patch solves this issue.

I've also run into this. The patch attached is for use with drush_make.
