Hi, in the configuration of Picture Reloaded at Tablet layout > Portrait tablet, the second sidebar field for setting width is not open for edition.

Only one layout in that orientation requires a width - the 2nd layout with 2 sidebars displaying side by side below the content. The other two layouts do not require a width on the 2nd sidebar because they are always 100% width and wrapping in some fashion below the content or the 1st sidebar.
