Ok - block visibility is based on several taxonomy terms of just one vocabulary - it shows up when a specific node with related tax-term assign will be fired - thats ok - but when another node is chosen which has not the related tax-terms the block still shows up and hasn't disapeard...

Btw, "critical" is reserved for bugs that cause your website to fall over (e.g. white screen of death).

Just checked this once again - seems there was a problem with caching - I don't know what exactly happend - but now it seems working - so block disapears when it should - sorry for this....
