I'd like to co-mantain Tao and alleviate the burden of maintaining Development Seed legacy. I've posted several patches to Tao so far and have recently reviewed the upgrade to Drupal 7 (see #1422968: Complete the update path from Tao 6 to Tao 7).

I am a regular at Zen issue queue as well and I can be found at #drupal-themes and #drupal-contribute.
