import with persian txt [#1447154]

hello

I have some problem with importing some data in persian

when I import those data nothing add to database in persian

I am new with drupal
please help me

Thanks for attaching the file. I'll look into our method of parsing the file and see if there is a method that will allow for unicode characters.
