Currently, users may drag a "None" item, along with other items, into the list of selected options. That could lead to some confusion. A "None" item is not needed with this widget.

Here is a patch really simple...

By default drupal always atach a tag for the - None - option that is ['_none']

Just deleted ['_none'] from the $element['#options'] array that contains our options items.

Here is the patch...

I'll mark it as fixed due to I think there is no error maybe I forgot to comment the line jeje, let me know how it goes.

The patch in comment 1 works for me and still applies against the latest dev. Marking RTBC.
