Drupal doesn't prevent administrators from using `q` in the query string of menu items. So we can add a menu item to a menu with a `q` argument in the query string and this link displays `not found` page.

How can I reproduce this bug?

Tried everything to manually add the query string "q" in a menu item without causing the link to fail. (D8)
