I am not a programmer. I got from a company the following info for getting prices to import:
I would very much like to import this info into drupal commerce product entities (not nodes).
I use already commerce feeds, but don't know how to insert this information.

Call Content:

And URL to make the call:

I would very much that this Call fills a price field which is a field within the product-entiity in my drupal commerce webshop.

Is this doable through this module?

Has anybody the same request for importing prices which can be taken from an XML?

Hi, think this is a commerce issue.

The issue is in short. How to get price information which is weekly changed and distributed by a webservice into a commerce product (not a node).

I'd use Commerce Feeds. Look for rfay's tutorial video in http://www.drupalcommerce.org/videos.

Hi @rszrama thanks for your quick reply, but I do not think this issue is fixed, Sorry to set it to active if thats wrong.

How can I use commerce feeds when I got a webservice from a supplier? I do not have a file to bring to feeds.
Isn't it not better than to use something like commerce_services (http://drupal.org/project/commerce_services)?

We don't really do support in the issue queue, so I was just trying to give a quick pointer. I was under the impression you were fetching that XML and storing it locally, in which case you'd just pass the file to Feeds. You don't need Commerce Services unless you're trying to make your own web service - i.e. it's for publishing, not consuming.

If you can only retrive that XML via a web service request, then I'd look into using the Migrate API to perform the updates.
