Problems with Webform block

I'm working on a D7 site. I have a Webform in a block. (I'm using Webform 7.x-3.15.) When I use MultiBlock to create a second instance of the block, the second block shows the title of the block and the title of the Webform; I had the original Webform block set to show the block title but only the form of the Webform (so the title of the Webform does not display).

I can set the original Webform block to show "form only"; if I try to set any of the radio buttons for the MultiBlock instance, however, the changes don't show up on the block, and the next time I go to the block, the radio buttons are blank -- all of them.

If I set the block title of the original Webform block to "none" and choose "form only," then both instances of the block (original and MultiBlock instance) show no title (no block title, no Webform title). If I add a block title to the original Webform block, that block displays correctly -- but the MultiBlock instance shows the block title and the Webform title.

I want to be able to have a block title and no Webform title on both blocks. Any suggestions?
