This site uses the jquery code, non drupalized, and uses images that I'd like to leverage on my site. Is this possible?

At present the site http://www.pack329.net has the block displayed with the time counting off but I'd like to put some more 'lipstick' on it and use the images I referenced earlier but I'm not sure how I can do this.
