After a migrate task (on the same server, just testing rename basically), I noticed that the private/files and private/temp dirs were not writable by the webserver, just aegir:aegir. It might be related to:

but I think it's a different issue.

Does running a verify on your site fix this issue, I can't seem to reproduce it, directories have the correct ownership for me.
