I'm just working of a clean install of media gallery module but find that the UI of Beta 4 is broken. See screenshot.

Confirm that Beta 3 works okay.

I am using Media 7.x-1.0-rc3 and Media Gallery 7.x-1.0-beta7

I am not able to verify that.

What version of plupload-library do you use? (You can this information at /admin/reports/status )
Have a look in the JavaScript Console. Is there an error?
Do you use the locale module?

I just tested it with plupload-library v1.4.3.2 and it is broken, as your screenshot shows it. Please update the plupload-library.

Updated to Plupload v1.5.2 as you suggest and confirm that this fixes the problem .
