ACL 1.4?

First, congratulations, this module appears to be what I was looking for. But I'm getting this error when using per node restrictions:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function acl_get_id_by_name() in C:\xampp\htdocs\wedo\drupal2\sites\all\modules\content_access\content_access.module on line 102

Probably because I'm using the ACL 1.3.

I saw in your README that I need to use ACL 1.4 at least.

But where is it? I looked for even in the CVS, but the latest version I could find was the 1.3.
