The configuration options administration page is currently very simple and is not overly friendly to administrators (text is not easy to understand and options are not very well grouped).

The administration page should be improved.

The attached patch breaks out the ability to disable automatic updates into a separate checkbox, improves the UI text and groups different configuration options together.
