i want to users personal blogs not display in homepage. Only display users personal blog page. if i like blog , i will publish in homepage .. how can i do this ? (ex : www.hafif.org)

First, go to Administer >> Content >> Configure >> Default Workflow and uncheck the "Promote" box for "personal blog entry." This will prevent the Blog from automatically being displayed on your homepage.

Then you can either promote the Blog manually by editing it, or you could use an addon module like Node Moderation to help make the interface for promoting easier. Node Moderation is highly configurable to handle many types of node promotion schemes. It can be open to voting by all your users, or just you...It all depends on how you configure it.
