Patches for install profile modules enabled and disabled by default

When you're running an aegir server, or some other automatic installation script, it's probably helpful to have the ability to determine which modules are enabled and disabled by default, so that you can just spin a site up without entering configuration.

One way to do that would be to have a standard patch with which you adjust the install profile, and then put that patch into your stub makefile, e.g.

projects[bahai_incubator][patch][] = http://drupal.org/etc/file.patch

This is the place for that sort of thing.
